Risk disclosure
Trading crypto assets carries a high risk of loss. Please read this before you act on anything you see in BossCharts.

Not investment advice
BossCharts shows information and tools. It does not know your situation and does not tell you what to do. Nothing in it is a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything.
Crypto assets are volatile
Prices of crypto assets can rise and fall sharply within minutes, and you can lose all the money you put in. Markets trade around the clock, can be thin, and can be moved by a few large traders, by news or by technical failures.
In most countries, crypto assets are not covered by deposit insurance or investor compensation schemes.
Leverage and derivatives
Perpetual futures and other leveraged products multiply gains and losses. A small price move can liquidate your position and cost you your whole margin, and in some cases more. Funding payments, fees and each exchange's own rules affect your result.
Only trade with leverage if you fully understand how it works and can afford the loss.
Liquidation heatmaps and levels are estimates
The liquidation heatmap is our own model, estimated from public exchange data such as open interest, volume and prices. It shows where leveraged positions might be liquidated, not real orders or positions. On-chain levels come from public data of decentralised trading venues and can be incomplete.
Estimates can be far from what really happens, and prices often move through these levels or turn before them.
Data can be late or wrong
Prices, charts, order books and other data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, for example when an exchange, our server or your connection has a problem. Indicators and alerts depend on this data. An alert can fire late, or not at all, especially when no BossCharts tab is open.
Always check the price on your exchange before you trade.
Exchanges and your keys
Your funds are held by the exchanges you use, not by BossCharts. An exchange can fail, be hacked, freeze withdrawals or change its rules.
Anyone who gets hold of your API key and passphrase may be able to trade on your account. Give keys only the permissions you need, and never the right to withdraw.
Your decision
Decide for yourself, consider your own situation, and get independent professional advice if you need it. Only risk money you can afford to lose. Check whether trading crypto assets and derivatives is allowed where you live.
